Job Summary
Mortgage Broker to service a steady pipeline of investment property leads with a focus on structured finance sessions, borrowing capacity assessments, and end-to-end loan processing. You will work with CRM systems, liaise with banks and internal teams to progress applications to settlement, ensure NCCP compliance, and leverage back-office support and mentors to sharpen skills. Hybrid role with Sydney or Melbourne CBD office access; base salary plus commission with OTE 200k+ per year; Cert IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking required and 3+ years of mortgage broking experience; active investor familiarity welcomed.
Required Qualifications
- Cert IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking
- 3+ years mortgage broking experience
- Strong experience settling off-the-plan, land & construction, SMSF or investment loans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and a strong member-first mindset
- Confidence using CRM platforms, compliance systems, and lender tools
