Mortgage Branch Manager

Oversee and run the branch with responsibility for sales, recruiting, administration, staff supervision, and client networking. Collaborate with corporate and executive management to execute goals, coordinate sales and operations meetings, conduct trainings, and manage daily pipeline review and performance. Recruit mortgage professionals, develop and maintain marketing strategies, and manage employee commissions and payroll. Ensure adherence to loan program guidelines (FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC) and regulations while serving as liaison to divisions and leadership. Drive branch-wide production and customer relationships to achieve company objectives.
