Mortgage Branch Manager

Branch leadership role focused on managing daily branch operations and delivering outstanding member service. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with members, driving business opportunities and cross-selling to meet member needs, supervising staff and scheduling to ensure proper coverage, ensuring compliance with banking regulations (KYC/AML/BSA) and security policies, analyzing financial data to monitor revenue and expenses, and achieving branch goals through strategic planning and performance management. Requires strong interpersonal and supervisory skills, the ability to lead a team, and a solid understanding of financial products and services. Full-time on-site role based in Heber City, UT.
