Job Summary
Lead Pulte Mortgage operations in Salt Lake City, partnering with builders and fulfillment to drive loan applications, supervise training and development of PMC staff, recruit and onboard local personnel, and manage performance to achieve exceptional buyer experience scores and timely closings. Own subdivision approvals, detailed reporting, and regulatory compliance (CFPB, Fair Housing). Maintain branch financial performance, licensing, and staffing, while coordinating with fulfillment and builder teams on community events and customer engagement. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, relationship-building with builders and real estate professionals, and proficiency in mortgage processes and MLS/CRM tools.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of related mortgage experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Licensed Ac (mortgage licensing)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to recruit, onboard, train, and develop local PMC staff
- Experience handling subdivision approvals and community events
- Ability to manage backlog and ensure on-time close of loans
