Mortgage Branch Manager

Job Summary
Manages mortgage loan activities in a branch office, soliciting and originating investment quality loans acceptable to chosen investors and agencies. Develops and maintains a strong client referral base, selling loan products and services to realtors, builders, and home buyers. Responsible for coordinating origination from application processing to closing of residential loans, participating in recruiting activities, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations. Requires leadership, organizational, and strong communication skills, along with a commitment to ongoing training and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales lending experience required
- Active NMLS License (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) Required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
- Ability to maintain an active social media profile
- Knowledge in lending and credit markets required
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (including Teams) experience required
- Experience working in a CRM
- Experience with Empower (Loan Origination System) or similar Loan Origination System required
Desired Qualifications
- Some recruiting experience preferred

- Must be employed within commutable distance of an Embrace office if position requires MLO license
