Job Summary
Mortgage Branch Manager responsible for driving mortgage production and developing strategies to generate new business. Lead regional branch operations in Las Vegas, recruit and mentor loan officers, ensure regulatory compliance, manage the loan pipeline from origination to closing, and drive revenue growth. Requires strong sales, leadership, and customer service skills, with deep knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations. Bilingual Mandarin Chinese required; active NMLS license and 5+ years in mortgage origination required. Proficiency with Calyx Point preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
- Active NMLS license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage origination
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in loan origination software Calyx Point (preferred)
