Job Summary
Lead mortgage branch operations in Bellevue and the Las Vegas region; drive mortgage production, develop business strategies, recruit and mentor loan officers and support staff, ensure compliance with federal/state guidelines, manage end-to-end loan processing from application to closing, oversee pipeline management, and build relationships with realtors, funders, and other partners to achieve sales and production goals. Requires strong sales, leadership, and customer service skills, proficiency with mortgage products and Calyx Point (preferred), and the ability to stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is required
- An active NMLS license is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage origination
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements
