Job Summary
Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximizing in-branch opportunities and following up on leads from the Estate Agency team. Work in tandem with the Estate Agency, Admin, Training, Compliance, and Divisional Sales Director teams to ensure an efficient client process while providing exceptional care from beginning to end. Engage with people from all walks of life to establish needs, communicate via email, phone, and video, and collaborate with peers to identify referral opportunities. Take accountability for your KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities while sustaining high levels of customer service and vendor engagement.
Required Qualifications
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent
- Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Passport or Birth Certificate
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Engaging with people from all walks of life
- Ability to hold conversations to establish needs and wants
- Effective communication through email, phone, face to face and on videos for social channels
- Multitasking and managing numerous responsibilities and tasks
- Maintaining relationships through regular contact with vendors, buyers and developers
- Collaborating with peers within the branch
- Strong presence in front of a camera
- Ability to appeal to and engage with an audience to maximize reach
- Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00 working hours
- Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00 working hours
- Day off in lieu when working a Saturday
