Job Summary
Mortgage Advisor role focused on providing bespoke lending solutions to UK homeowners. You will manage leads via multiple channels, assess customer needs, and recommend the best mortgage options while adhering to regulatory standards (SMCR) and company policies. The position requires CeMAP qualification (or progress toward it) and at least 12 months of advised sales experience. Onsite presence in Manchester City Centre is required for at least 3 days per week, with a hybrid pattern available after probation. Strong customer service, communication, and decision-making skills, plus a track record of hitting targets, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Full CeMAP qualification or part qualification, desirable, the commitment to study and gain this qualification is essential (training packages provided)
- A minimum of 12 months experience in an advised sales role
- Proven track record of hitting key objectives in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work onsite in our Manchester City Centre Offices at least 3 days per week
