Job Summary
Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximize in-branch opportunities, and follow up on leads generated by the Estate Agency team. Work in tandem with the Estate Agency, Admin, Training, Compliance, and Divisional Sales Director teams to ensure an efficient client process while providing exceptional care from beginning to end. Engage with people from all walks of life via email, phone, and video to establish needs, manage numerous responsibilities, and collaborate with peers to identify referral opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers to capitalize on opportunities while sustaining high customer service levels. Take accountability for KPIs by proactively seeking new opportunities and maximizing value from each client interaction.
Required Qualifications
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent
- Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Passport/Birth Certificate
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Full UK Driving Licence
