Job Summary
Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business by following up on in-branch leads from the Estate Agency team and creating new opportunities. Work in tandem with the Estate Agency, Admin, Training, Compliance, and Divisional Sales Director teams to ensure an efficient client process while providing exceptional care from beginning to end. Engage with people from all walks of life through email, phone, and video to establish needs, manage numerous responsibilities, and maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, and developers. This role is full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday 08:30-18:00 with alternate Saturdays 09:00-17:00. You must hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent, have experience in Mortgage and Protection Advising, and possess legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent
- Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Passport/Birth Certificate
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Full UK Driving Licence
