Mortgage Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
Provide essential administrative and operational support to the Mortgage Department, including vendor management, system access provisioning, onboarding for mortgage users, access rights maintenance, audit-related documentation, and reconciliation tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining organized files, supporting internal audits, ensuring secure and compliant access for internal and third-party systems, updating user access for role changes, and handling cashier’s checks and escrow-related documentation. Collaborate with technology, compliance, and information security, prepare reconciliations of credit card statements, assist with audit inquiries, and participate in cross-departmental initiatives. Requires strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and solid communication and organizational skills; preferred mortgage-related experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting tools; BSA/AML and other compliance training may be required.
