Morrison Building and Remodeling - Lead Carpenter

Manage daily jobsite operations and lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish, reporting directly to the Production Manager. Perform all phases of carpentry including rough and finish work such as framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, and windows. Coordinate materials, deliveries, and subcontractors while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicate project updates, challenges, and needs to leadership and participate in pre-construction meetings and final walkthroughs. Read and interpret plans, specifications, and project documents to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with overtime opportunities available.
