Job Summary
Area Director in Morris County, NJ focusing on Spiritual Development, Leadership Development, Resource Development, Direct Ministry, Ministry Support, Training, and Supervision. Lead teams and volunteer staff; recruit and train staff and leaders; develop and implement ministry plans; manage fundraising and donor relations; oversee clubs, Campaigners, and camping activities; ensure Gospel proclamation and youth ministry impact. Requires ministry experience, proven leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality. College degree preferred; ongoing training and graduate opportunities noted.
Required Qualifications
- Requires 1+ year of related ministry experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams
- Proven leadership skills
- Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
- A call to reach kids with the Gospel
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must complete Core Training - Phase One within 36 months of hire date
- Education: College degree preferred
