Job Summary
Morning Stock Associate at Five Below focusing on delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, understanding and meeting customer needs with product knowledge, engaging in suggestive selling, promoting store events and promotions, resolving customer concerns (turning returns into exchanges when possible), communicating needs to management, and supporting team and company goals. The role requires maintaining organized merchandise, keeping the floor stocked, and providing seamless checkout experiences at the register. Qualifications include being at least 16 years old, flexibility in scheduling (day, evening, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts), comfort with technology, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn on-the-job procedures. The position is part-time with a starting wage of $15.00 per hour and requires the ability to regularly operate a cash register, move merchandise, and assist across stock and sales areas. Required Qualifications
