Job Summary
Conduct morning shift operations from 6am to 3pm, managing customer engagement and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Handle frequent reaching above and below waist levels, maintain continuous standing on tiled surfaces, and perform manual dexterity tasks involving gripping and fine finger control. Lift boxes weighing 5 to 50 lbs vertically and navigate exposure to cold freezers and hot ovens. Work 4 to 8-hour shifts with reliable transportation, while engaging with customers and maintaining a positive team attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available from 6am-3pm!
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be 16 or older
- Able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Ability to engage with customers
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Frequent reaching above waist, chest, and shoulder level, as well as below waist level
- Frequent to continuous need for manual dexterity of both hands (handling, gripping, fine finger control, etc.)
- Continuous standing on tiled surfaces for all tasks
- Ability to stand for long periods without a break
- Frequent hip flexion while walking for all tasks
- Occasional lifting of boxes of supplies/products weighing from <5 - 50 lbs. vertically from floor to knuckle height
- Frequent exposure to cold/below freezing and high heat temperatures (walk-in refrigerator and freezers, ovens)
