Morning Shift Security Guard - FT

Provide security detail per post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Patrol buildings and perimeters, control entrances and movement of pedestrians and vehicles, escort of material and personnel, inspect security and fire exposures, and complete daily reports. Maintain a professional image with strong customer service, stay up-to-date with post orders, monitor cameras and equipment, know emergency policies, and communicate security issues to the Security Supervisor. Duties may vary by post; possible special assignments and ADA accommodations; prepare reports and contribute to loss prevention and safety improvements. Must be an on-site presence during morning shift in Takoma Park, MD.
