Morning Shift Security Guard - FT

Provide security detail per post orders and establish working relationships with customers, law enforcement and fire departments. Responsibilities include controlling entrances and movement of pedestrians and vehicles, patrolling buildings/perimeters, escorting material and personnel, inspecting security and fire exposures, handling special assignments, maintaining professional image, greeting customers/visitors, staying informed on post orders, monitoring cameras/equipment, preparing and submitting Daily Activity Reports and incident reports, and advising management on safety and loss-prevention improvements. Skills emphasize vigilance, teamwork, sense of urgency, strong oral/written communication, and adherence to customer/service standards; knowledge of life safety systems and emergency procedures is required.
