Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of assigned Club sites during morning programming hours, ensuring activities are age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with Boys & Girls Clubs standards. Supervise, coach, and support Youth Development Assistants by providing on-site coverage, scheduling, and substitute support when needed. Monitor program delivery to maintain consistency across multiple sites while ensuring safety, health, and emergency protocols are followed at all times. Maintain accurate attendance, incident, and program records to support compliance with licensing, grant, and Club policies. Build positive relationships with parents, guardians, and school staff to communicate program expectations and updates effectively. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, and at least one to two years of experience working with youth in an educational or afterschool setting. Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
