Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of assigned Club sites during morning programming hours, ensuring activities are age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with Boys & Girls Clubs standards. Supervise and coach Youth Development Assistants while providing on-site coverage, scheduling, and substitute support as needed. Monitor program delivery across multiple locations to maintain consistency and ensure safety, health, and emergency protocols are followed at all times. Maintain accurate attendance, incident, and program records while building positive relationships with parents, guardians, and school staff. Represent the organization professionally and support compliance with licensing, grant, and Club policies. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one to two years of experience working with youth in an educational or afterschool setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with youth in an educational, recreational, or afterschool setting
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting as required by BGCNCIL and state regulations

- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
