Job Summary
Morning & Nighttime Manager role leading shifts, coaching and mentoring team members to deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring compliance with operational and food safety standards, and contributing to a positive, high-performing Culver’s team. Requires leadership aptitude, strong communication and organizational skills, a genuine friendly demeanor, and 1-2 years of restaurant experience. Must be 20+ with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
