Job Summary
Prepare quality food following regulatory standards and vendor outlines while serving customers in a timely manner. Maintain kitchen equipment cleanliness and organize all areas to ensure smooth workflow within the fast-paced morning environment. Work as a team to support the growing food service program, prioritizing safety, quality, and service. Operate during the 4:00 am to 1:00 pm shift at Jack Flash's favorite community stop in Arthur, Illinois.
