Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A Rayzor Ranch delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities include greeting guests with a smile, maintaining eye contact, speaking enthusiastically, and forming emotional connections while providing signature Chick-fil-A service. Candidate will multitask in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with teammates, adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code, and support the restaurant’s vision and values. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and maintain a flexible schedule. Opportunities for growth through operator-led training, scholarships, and development programs.
