Job Summary
Dairy & Freezer Clerk: Maintain dairy and freezer sections with proper stocking, rotation (FIFO), and product integrity; support merchandising, inventory management, and food safety compliance while delivering service to Members. Responsibilities include stocking according to planograms, monitoring temperatures, conducting date checks, ensuring accurate signage and pricing, supporting seasonal merchandising, and following club standards to drive department performance. Key skills include attention to detail, multitasking, basic computer proficiency (MS Word/Excel/Email), knowledge of cold chain and food safety, and a customer-focused approach to maintain fresh, safe products and a positive member experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in dairy, freezer, grocery, or retail operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of cold chain management, food safety standards, and product handling requirements
- Strong attention to detail with organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email) preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
