Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse duties under the Warehouse Management Team and supervise Warehouse Associates; ensure proper stocking and fill daily replenishment orders with Food & Beverage locations; maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; follow control procedures for cataloging, inventory control, bulk storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies; assist in receipt, storage, and distribution in large centralized warehousing operations; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; promote inclusivity and a collaborative culture within the Brand team; engage in sustainability efforts and community-focused activities; lead by example and provide teaching opportunities to unit staff as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills
- Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Ideal candidate is a team player, personable, professional, upbeat and energetic, and takes initiative
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (10-35lbs) as necessary to operation
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Warehouse/stock room leadership experience preferred
