Job Summary
Greet potential members and handle front desk tasks including answering phone calls, taking info calls, and conducting tours. Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating account information. Facilitate member services issues by forwarding them to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed. Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club throughout your shift. This role supports new member sales and creates a positive experience for guests.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
