Job Summary
Conduct general maintenance and cleaning duties across the sales floor, offices, restrooms, and outdoor grounds, including wet and dry mopping, vacuuming, carpet extracting, and glass washing. Operate equipment such as floor scrubbers, trash compactors, and cardboard balers while maintaining high safety and sanitation standards. Gathers and returns carts and flatbeds from the parking lot to the club entrance, ensuring they are well-stocked, clean, and in working order. Performs minor building repairs and notifies management for major issues. Restocks cleaning supplies and ensures all areas remain organized. Requires regular, predictable attendance and adherence to club policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully complete required training and certification processes
- Must be over 18 to operate equipment and enter age restricted areas
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job
Desired Qualifications
- Prior maintenance or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
- Prior retail/wholesale experience preferred
