Job Summary
Interact with customers using 'Tropitude' to deliver unparalleled hospitality while preparing, assembling, and serving fresh food and smoothies to brand standards. Operate the register by taking orders, handling cash, and managing the drawer while maintaining sanitation practices and cleaning kitchen, dining, and restroom areas. Follow safety policies and perform additional tasks necessary to run the café. Most shifts run four to eight hours with some early mornings, late evenings, and weekend availability. Requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work quickly under pressure; experience with POS systems is a plus.

- Must comply with the Tropical Smoothie Café uniform and personal hygiene policies for each shift
- Must follow all safety and security policies set by the brand
- Must follow the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash, and being responsible for the drawer
- Must use our sanitation practices to handle and prepare food
- Must set up and monitor food and smoothie work stations
- Must clean and organize kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and any other areas in the cafe
- Must deliver 'Unparalleled Hospitality' to each customer that visits our café
- Must interact with crew members and customers using 'Tropitude'
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
