Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, accurately processing purchases and returns, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store recovery initiatives and merchandising procedures. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction goals, and multi-area cross-training as needed. Respond appropriately to changes in direction and unexpected situations while upholding labor laws and company policies.
