Job Summary
Morning Caregiver position offering flexible hours within multiple California locations (Palo Alto, Los Altos, Mountain View, Atherton, Menlo Park, Sunnyvale, San Mateo, Redwood City, Burlingame, San Carlos, San Bruno, Belmont, Foster City, San Jose, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Santa Clara, Cupertino). Responsibilities include Personal Care Assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting), Mobility and transfers, Meal preparation including special diets, Light housekeeping, Driving/escort to errands and appointments, Medication reminders, and providing Companionship. Requires empathetic communication, valid driver’s license with insurance and wheelchair-accessible vehicle, ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull weights up to 150+ pounds, and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. Opportunities to advance to a CAREGIVER LEAD ROLE; includes benefits such as health benefits, paid orientation/training, overtime, on-call support, mileage reimbursement, and appreciation programs.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Basic English proficiency
- CNA, LVN license or Medical Assistant (MA) preferred
