Job Summary
Morning Barista & Café Server role preparing and serving specialty coffee and espresso beverages, operating a La Marzocco espresso machine, delivering exceptional guest service, taking orders and processing payments, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining areas, assisting with bakery selections, opening duties and daily prep, and supporting kitchen staff and café events in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Required Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Experience operating a commercial espresso machine
- Current Utah Sips & Tips certification, or ability to obtain certification upon hire
- Current Utah Food Handler Permit
- Bartending experience is highly desirable for craft cocktails, wine service, and guest-facing beverage hospitality
