Job Summary
Ensure guest satisfaction through meeting room cleanliness and attention to guests' needs while maintaining high sanitation standards before, during, and after each shift. Read banquet event orders, answer guest questions, and explain menu ingredients and preparation methods. Assist managers and captains in setting up and breaking down functions while enforcing all policies and procedures. Extend courtesy and goodwill to everyone at all times to make guest events memorable.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to read, write, understand and speak English
- All applicants are subject to background and substance abuse screening prior to any offer of employment
