Job Summary
Morning Baker needed for Circa 1886’s fine-dining restaurant and hotel properties. Responsibilities include bread making, dough sheeter operation, preparation and ingredients knowledge for every menu selection, receiving and putting away food deliveries, and creativity in crafting breads, croissants, cinnamon rolls, and tea items. Must be available 4am-12pm with weekend availability and able to stand 8-10 hours; must have reliable transportation and be a team player in a professional, outgoing environment.
