Job Summary
Provide onsite training, coaching, and counseling to dealership personnel while maintaining adherence to factory guidelines and Mopar Express Lane programs. Develop and implement processes, generate action plans, and measure performance using supplied reporting systems to drive program growth. Present program training to large groups, prospect for additional growth, and document all assigned dealership activities including store visits. Communicate roadblocks to field managers regularly and report weekly on travel and training plans. Manage daily activities in and out of dealerships. Travel up to 95% with overnights required, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs of equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Five plus (5+) years of experience with Express Service Program in OEM Dealer or Retail environment or equivalent experience
- Proficient in car and truck maintenance and repair
- Experience with on-site dealership training
- Microsoft Office 365: Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 95% with overnights required
- Must be able to set up seminar booths
- Must be able to pack and lift boxes of equipment weighing 10-25 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be able to sit for long periods
