Job Summary
Install, train, and coach dealership personnel on Basic and Advanced Express Lane functions while maintaining adherence to factory guidelines. Develop and implement processes, generate action plans, and measure performance using reporting systems like Salesforce and Profit. Present program training to large groups, prospect for additional growth, and document all store visits and progress. Communicate roadblocks to field managers and report weekly on travel and training plans. Manage daily activities across dealerships and travel up to 95% with overnights required. Maintain a professional appearance and proficiency in car maintenance, Microsoft Office 365, and documentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Five plus (5+) years of experience with Express Service Program in OEM Dealer or Retail environment or equivalent experience
- Proficient in car and truck maintenance and repair
- Experience with on-site dealership training
- Microsoft Office 365: Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 95% with overnights required
- Must be able to set up seminar booths and pack and lift boxes of equipment weighing 10-25 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods at dealerships, seminars, and events
- Must be able to sit for long periods during events or travel
