MOP Analyst – Data Center Construction

Job Summary

Create and review Method of Procedure documents based on site design documents and redline construction drawings for electrical, plumbing, and structured cabling. Coordinate with US counterparts and clients to update daily project progress while enforcing safety programs and ensuring all incident reports are submitted timely. Communicate project changes to clients and work with project managers on implementation, interpreting industry standards and codes for deliverables. Schedule and monitor work plans consistent with agreements, prepare standard discipline deliverables, and maintain documentation through project management tools. Act as a key interface with construction teams and general contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and well-coordinated execution of multi-disciplinary project work.

Required Qualifications

  • Recognized bachelor's in engineering (preferably Electrical / Instrumentation stream) from an accredited college or university
  • 6+ years of industry experience preferably in Datacenter & Infrastructure Construction is required
  • Prior direct employment with a data center is an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of interaction between disparate low voltage systems (BMS, EPMS, Fire Alarm
  • Proficient in MS SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Project TEAMs, Visio, CAD drawings
  • Ability to read/interpret Construction Drawings
  • Experience in Data Center / HUB Construction Planning
  • Experience in Construction Trade Knowledge (Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical)
  • Experience in ensuring a Safe working environment
  • Experience working in high volume environments
  • Experience in process documentation development
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Ability and willingness to travel to project sites
  • Ownership mindset: Ability to drive decisions and manage conflicts with minimum supervision
