Job Summary
Conduct monthly handyperson and fire safety inspections, scheduling assignments by the end of the prior month and completing visits by the 10th. Each visit ranges from 5 to 15 minutes for locations with no work orders, or 45 to 60 minutes if maintenance tasks exist. Partner with the vendor to handle ongoing inspection services in your local area, with specific location details and timeframes discussed upon hire. Flexible schedule available.
