Job Summary
Freelance video editor specialized in UGC & VSL for ads performance. Responsibilities include: performing UGC-oriented edits that grab attention and convert, producing VSL videos with structured narration and dynamic pacing, optimizing montages for platform codes (TikTok, Reels, Meta Ads), creating multiple variations to test hooks/angles, and collaborating with Creative Strategists to bring concepts and scripts to life. Must demonstrate solid UGC/VSL editing experience, motion design aptitude, strong storytelling and retention instincts, ability to turn raw footage into highly engaging conversion-focused videos, sharp marketing sense, autonomy, speed, and strict adherence to deadlines. Remote freelance role with Lagny-sur-Marne, Île-de-France, FR as location; option to work remotely.
Required Qualifications
- Expérience solide en montage vidéo UGC et/ou VSL orienté performance
- Appétences pour le motion design
- Maîtrise des codes des social ads (TikTok / Meta)
- Excellente compréhension du rythme, du storytelling et de la rétention
- Capacité à transformer des rushs simples en vidéos optimisées pour la conversion
- Bonne sensibilité marketing
- Autonomie, rapidité d’exécution et sens du détail
- Respect des deadlines
