Job Summary
Conduct modular container conversions by executing renovation orders based on plans and performing diverse trades. Execute surface and fit-out tasks including painting and installing floor coverings such as tiles, PVC, linoleum, and laminate. Book, store, and transport materials safely using forklifts while documenting work, times, and inspection protocols in the system. Assist with inventory counts and maintain a clean workspace in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and safety standards. Work Monday through Thursday from 07:00 to 16:00 and Friday until 14:45, with a valid forklift certificate required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Gabelstaplerschein (Forklift license)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Good German skills in speaking and writing)
- Körperlich belastbar (Physically fit)
- Strukturiert, organisiert und selbstständig arbeiten (Work in a structured, organized, and independent manner)
- Proaktiv handeln und im Team klar kommunizieren (Act proactively and communicate clearly in a team)
- Sicher mit Windows, Microsoft 365 und Smartphones arbeiten sowie digitale Formulare nutzen (Work securely with Windows, Microsoft 365, and smartphones, and use digital forms)
- Pläne und Zeichnungen lesen und umsetzen (Read and implement plans and drawings)
- ISO 9001 und ISO 14001 Standards einhalten (Adhere to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards)
Desired Qualifications
- Handwerkliche Ausbildung (Trade training)
- Erfahrung in Bereichen wie Holz-, Sanitär-, Metall- oder Trockenbau sowie Bodenverlegung und Montagearbeiten (Experience in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, metalwork, drywall, flooring, and installation work)
- Erfahrung in Elektrotechnik nach Qualifizierung (Experience in electrical engineering after qualification)
