Job Summary
Execute modular container conversions by implementing renovation orders from plans and coordinating tasks across multiple trades. Perform surface and finishing work including painting and installing tile, PVC, linoleum, and laminate flooring. Manage material logistics by booking, storing, and moving supplies safely with forklifts. Document renovations, time logs, and inspection protocols in the system while supporting inventory counts. Maintain workspace order and ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality and safety standards. Work Monday through Thursday from 07:00 to 16:00 and Friday until 14:45.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Gabelstaplerschein (Forklift license)
- Valid PKW-Führerschein (Class B driver's license)
- Handwerkliche Ausbildung (Trade apprenticeship) - Optional but preferred
- Erfahrung in Bereichen wie Holz-, Sanitär-, Metall- oder Trockenbau sowie Bodenverlegung und Montagearbeiten (Experience in wood, plumbing, metal, drywall, flooring, and installation)
- Pläne und Zeichnungen lesen und umsetzen (Ability to read and implement plans and drawings)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Good German skills in spoken and written form)
- Körperlich belastbar (Physically robust)
- Strukturiert, organisiert und selbstständig arbeitend (Structured, organized, and self-reliant)
- Proaktiv handeln und im Team klar kommunizieren (Act proactively and communicate clearly in a team)
- Sicher mit Windows, Microsoft 365 und Smartphones arbeiten sowie digitale Formulare nutzen (Ability to work securely with Windows, Microsoft 365, and smartphones, as well as use digital forms)
Desired Qualifications
- Nach Qualifizierung elektrotechnische Umbauten und Prüfungen durchführen (Perform electrical renovations and tests after qualification)
- Lackierarbeiten ausführen (Perform painting work)
- Fliesen, PVC-, Linoleum- und Laminatböden verlegen (Lay tiles, PVC, linoleum, and laminate floors)
