Pair with a designated practice instructor to execute tasks that build progressively from basic to advanced levels, ensuring skills learned in class are immediately applied on-site. Obtain necessary certifications such as VCA during the initial months. This trajectory supports a career path from MBO level 3 to level 4, with the company covering all training costs and providing a starting salary between €2,300 and €2,900 gross per month.
