Assemble MGV rotor components from fabrication plans and drawings while adhering to established quality criteria. Trace, drill, and tap parts; bias the short-circuit crown after initial assembly; and adjust rotor bars to crown bore holes. Utilize standard measuring instruments such as calipers, Palmer gauges, and depth gauges to verify geometry, including runout and waviness, on the lathe. Perform final assembly checks using the micrometer and ultrasonic measurement device. Track the rotor through subsequent workshop stages for overspeeding, machining, and balancing. Complete self-control sheets and report any malfunctions or anomalies to propose improvements. Maintain strict adherence to company rules and craftsmanship standards.
