Job Summary
Westport Montessori in Kansas City is hiring a Full-time Lead Teacher for our Preschool age classroom. The role involves delivering Montessori curriculum to preschool students in a licensed center and maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment from 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday. The position emphasizes professional development through Paid Training and an in-house Digital/Practical Training System, and offers no night or weekend hours. Required Qualifications
