Job Summary
Support multiple classrooms serving children ages 0–6 by assisting with daily routines, maintaining consistency, and creating a warm, safe, and engaging environment. Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and model patience, professionalism, and kindness in every interaction. This on-call, as-needed role offers flexible hours for part-time or supplemental work, with training provided during orientation. Many substitutes advance to full-time Assistant Teacher positions. Required Qualifications
- Negative TB test within the last 12 months
- Valid state background check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor
- Passion for working with young children
Desired Qualifications
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) units
- Recent experience working with children ages 0–6
