Job Summary
Guide elementary students (ages 6-12) and adolescents in a Montessori environment, fostering self-awareness, creativity, and responsibility. Shape and develop the learning environment while working independently and within a dedicated team. Interact respectfully with children, parents, and colleagues alike. This full-time position at Montessori Campus Westfalia in Hagen, Germany, includes a competitive salary, relocation support, and opportunities to participate in cosmic education and the farm school. The school plans to launch a Casa De Bambini.
Required Qualifications
- AMI diploma for the 2nd plane of development
- ÖMG/Prima DMG Bachelor/Masters degree
- Ability to both work independently and in a team
- Capability of respectful interaction with children, parents and colleagues alike
- Interest to shape and develop an environment for living and learning
- German speaking teacher (C1 or native)
- English or Spanish fluent or native speaker
