Montessori Assistant Teacher: Cain Blvd

Facilitate fun and interactive learning experiences in an authentic Montessori classroom while supporting the Montessori Guide or Lead Teacher. Accurately observe, assess, and plan activities for children, ensuring daily care aligns with all licensing guidelines, school, and company standards. Effectively communicate with families under the guidance of your lead teacher or guide. Complete extensive training on child care and development topics. This role is contingent upon successful completion of Florida's required background screening. Candidates must be at least 18 with experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school, or related field, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Montessori training, certification, or experience is preferred.
