Monte Vista: Caregiver / Personal Care Aide

Caregiver / Personal Care Aide providing in-home support to clients with personal care and daily living needs. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping; offering companionship and dependable support; communicating client needs to office staff; and completing documentation accurately and on time. Valid driver’s license required; ability to travel up to 60 miles and lift up to 50 pounds; flexible shifts (2- to 8-hour) with paid training and benefits (medical, dental, 401(k)). Starting pay is $17/hour. Beginning as a compassionate, client-focused role that emphasizes safety, comfort, and quality care in the home.
