Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations under the GM, collaborating with the Leadership team to deliver a perfect guest experience and drive the Restaurant Leader Certification Program. Assist in day-to-day leadership and management of the Montana's restaurant, manage both dining room and kitchen operations in line with brand standards, and support the GM in operating a Benchmark Restaurant with emphasis on associate development and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Post secondary degree/diploma in hospitality and/or a business related field
