Operate the dishwashing machine and maintain a clean, organized dish area. Set up bus pans for soaking and sinks for manual washing while ensuring dishes are ready for service. Empty and clean garbage containers, complete cleaning jobs outlined by management, and adhere to all Health & Safety policies. Assist teammates as needed while maintaining high energy in a fast-paced environment.
