Job Summary
Provide dependable coverage during staffing shortages, vacancies, or employee leaves across Montana rural hospitals, clinics, tribal healthcare organizations, and long-term care facilities. Support patient care, stabilize schedules, and assist with new services or seasonal demand while adapting to environments with limited local resources. Collaborate with permanent staff and local leadership to maintain safe, timely, and accessible care, completing required documentation and following organizational policies. Help coordinate care, referrals, and telehealth when needed, and build respectful relationships with patients, families, and community partners. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure, certification, registration, or eligibility as required for the profession
- Eligibility for Montana licensure when applicable
- The ability to meet background, health, credentialing, privileging, and onboarding requirements
- The ability to travel regionally, relocate temporarily, or work a rotational schedule when required
